I offer a therapeutic approach that is compassionate and affirming. I use a person-centered approach that allows my clients to reveal their authentic selves and be self-directed while I support them with the knowledge and expertise I have and continue to develop. I draw on skills from a variety of modalities when they seem helpful and appropriate, including Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Feminist Theory among others.
